Jarrett and Ross Eggers, cousins and co-founders, came together in 2015 with a vision: to build a food manufacturing facility that could truly support their growing food business. At the time, they were operating out of a shared kitchen—facing constant challenges around production time and food safety. They quickly realized they weren't alone; many others in the food industry were struggling with the same limitations.

From that shared experience, a new model was born—one built around providing dedicated production spaces for food companies, while also offering shared access to essential resources like storage and infrastructure. The mission was clear: to build both the physical space and the collaborative community that local food businesses need to thrive and scale in today's competitive market.
