We've designed and built over 15,000 square feet of modern, temperature-controlled frozen and refrigerated storage to keep your perishable goods fresh, safe, and compliant. From small batches starting at 4 pallets to large-scale storage needs spanning hundreds of pallets, our solutions are built to scale with your business. All facilities are monitored 24/7 to ensure consistent, reliable temperatures at all times.
Warehouse Space
Our flexible warehouse options start at a minimum of four pallets and are designed to serve both on-site producers and businesses seeking a reliable distribution hub. With 24/7 access included in the flat monthly rate, tenants can manage their inventory with ease—without worrying about hidden fees or access restrictions.
